Afzan Othman
General Manager / Director
Afzan Othman has over 20 years of experience in parking management, technology, operations, and finance with some of the region’s largest parking operators. Had been managing several state branches, subsidiaries as well as overseas operations prior to his service with Care Park, he is generally well connected in parking management and operation industry.
Currently spear heading Malaysia operations, Afzan has been with Care Park Asia since its formation and holds a degree in Business.
Paul Feltrin

Paul Feltrin leads a team of 400 people across the Care Group of companies within the parking and property industry. He is a client-focused and results driven leader whose track record in ensuring Care Park and its clients’ financial positions continue to be strengthened with the implementation of the latest technologies and industry-leading practices. Furthermore, Paul incorporates an inclusive working culture where leadership is set by management and driven across all levels of the organisation to deliver the highest standard of service to clients.
Paul Feltrin is a proven industry leader building deep relationships quickly with key stakeholders. His leading experience to identify and grow organisational opportunities to ensure client and corporate success is unrivalled. Paul is a dual citizen of Australia and holds a European Union passport, positioning him to lead all Care Park operations across the Asia Pacific and Europe.

Amir Aziz
With over 15 years of specialized experience in the parking industry. majoring in Marketing, Amir is bringing his wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise to the table. His career has been marked by a proven ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels, from executive management to frontline staff. He holds a MBA majoring in Marketing.
Wan Hishamuddin
Having served several renowned companies in various industries during his career which includes key player in car parking industry, Wan Hisham’s valuable experience and vast networking, had proven to be a valuable asset to the company. He holds a Degree in Business Administration majoring in Transport Management
