OUR TEAM
Chris Stubbings
Regional Manager, Malaysia & New Zealand
Chris Stubbings started Care Park’s operations in Malaysia in May 2014. As Regional Manager, he oversees Care Group’s Malaysian and New Zealand business.
Chris has over 25 years’ experience in senior management roles, including business consulting for Strategy Pacific Pty Ltd – a Sydney-based consulting group specialising in business improvement processes and strategy development. He spent six years at CTL Limited – a high-tech recycling business with operations in Australia and the US – as General Manager.
Chris’ experience has covered industries such as FMCG, logistics, aviation, industrial manufacturing and, business-to-business services and consulting, in areas such as, business strategy, business improvement processes, financial management and Board reporting, industrial relations, OH&S and staff management.
Afzan Othman
General Manager
Afzan Othman has over 15 years of experience in parking management, technology, operations and finance with some of the region’s largest parking operators.
He has been with Care Park for three years and holds a degree in Finance.
